I am experiencing Error 49 on my HP 236dw printer. I have attempted all suggested solutions, including:

Turning the printer off, unplugging, and restarting.

Updating the firmware via HP Smart and USB.

Using the Firmware Recovery Tool.

Despite these efforts, the firmware update is stuck at 60%, and the issue persists. I have followed the procedures multiple times, but I cannot resolve the issue.

Could you please provide further assistance or suggest additional steps to fix the Error 49 and the firmware update problem? I would appreciate your prompt support.
