I am receiving error message when attempting to print from my
Dell computer to my HP Envy Photo all-in-one printer 7858. This just started recently. Before that no printing issues. I am able to print from my HP laptop with no problem

What is the exact error message when you try to print?
How is the printer connected?
Meanwhile, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.
