Job type: Cannot print completed form

================================================

The printer is unaware of what it is printing.

Completed forms can generally be printed if the underlying form allows the print action to be completed.

PDF forms, for example, can be protected against certain actions, for example, edit-and-save and / or print.

Some agencies who provide forms that must be completed by the customer do not support printing the form and the answers that are added into the form.

"Agencies" in this instance might be an insurance company or a the provider of a legal document of any type.

For example, the form might only allow manual completion and then faxing the completed form to the provider (company who issued the form).

A form might allow you to edit the form online and submit the completed form -- that form might be protected against you saving or printing your own copy of the completed form.

If this is a private form, that is, one of your own making, then you generally need software able to save and print the completed form.

For example, if you are editing a PDF format document, you need software that allows you to edit (add data) and then save the form with the added entries / signature(s).

Depending on the level of security -- if built-in form security is what is preventing the print action -- you might be able to take a screenshot of the completed form, save the clipped content as a JPG (image) file, and then print that image file.
