I've tried all the fixes thru HP. I was printing a file and ran out of paper I added paper, it printed one more sheet and froze. I cannot print anything since except cartridge clean page.

Hi @Ron419,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

First, cancel any stuck print jobs by accessing "Devices and Printers" from the Control Panel. Locate your printer, view what's printing, and select "Cancel All Documents" to clear the queue.

Next, power cycle the printer by turning it off, unplugging it for 2–3 minutes, and then plugging it back in before turning it on. If the issue persists, perform a reset by unplugging the power cord while the printer is on, holding the Power button for 15 seconds, and then reconnecting the cord.

Additionally, check that the paper tray is properly loaded and reset any errors by briefly opening and closing the printer cover. If these steps don’t work, consider reinstalling the printer drivers. Visit HP’s website to download the latest drivers, remove the existing printer via the Control Panel, and reinstall the new drivers to ensure everything is up to date.

Let me know if you need further guidance!
