When I try to print through my new laptop (Windows 10, Levonvo), I keep getting a "No ink" message. However, when I open the HP Smart app or look on the printer itself, it says my ink is still over 60% full. I've tried removing and adding the printer back and hardwiring my laptop into the printer, but nothing seens to be working. I also have an older computer (also windows 10) that the printer does still works with, but I have to use the usb cord, it won't do wireless printing.
