Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

For no reason whenever I try to print an email or something directly fro mthe internet withou downloading I now get a message saying something went wrong with the printer. When I look at the  Control Panel and see what the printer is printing there is no document - so the message does not appear to be getting through to the printer. If I have a document and want to print it it prints no problem.
