Serial >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<. I suspect it's in the various one of the various steps of pulling support for different functions. We use androids to print or produce pdfs

We're getting a message now when attempting to print something that the printer isn't available. Also, I find it odd that

It odd that it can't produce a pdf. I would think that a pdf is done through software not attached to printer hardware. So, are we being told in a round about way that we need to purchase a new printer and windows 11 system?

January 9, 2016 is the date of manufacture of your particular product. Your issue is a little unclear. Do you have any HP printing app installed on your android devices?

 

System should have no problem printing PDFs.
