Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why is it so hard for me to find an answer to my question?  What I need is a Company that can repair my Photosmart Printer!

If HP is out of the business of repairing what they make and sell, then why don't they write and tell me?  Why must I ask the same question three or four times on their webpage, and never get a streight answer?   That's not the way to win friends, and influence people! ! !
