White gaps after replacing color cartridge

HP Recommended
HP Envy 6220
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After replacing the 3-color cartridge I'm getting white gaps sometimes where it is supposed to print black, color seems to be fine.

Placement of gaps is inconsistent and varries from complete gap to just fainter black.

Options for automatic allignment and cleaning were used but did not help.

 

Any advice would be welcome

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the print quality after replacing the cartridges.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?
