Restart Your Printer & Devices – Turn off your printer, computer, and router (if using a network connection). Wait for about 30 seconds and then turn them back on.

Check the Connection – Is your printer connected via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet? If Wi-Fi, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.

Look for Errors – Do you see any blinking lights or error messages on the printer’s display?

 

Next Steps:

Try printing a test page directly from the printer:

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Reports > Print Quality Report.

If using a computer, ensure the printer is set as the default printer in the settings.

 

A Few Questions to Narrow It Down:

Are you seeing any error messages on the printer or computer?

Is the issue happening with all print jobs or only specific documents?

Have there been any recent changes (e.g., new ink cartridges, software updates, or paper jams)?
