Why doesn't my brand new HP Envy 7800 print color

I recently bought the HP Envy 7800 because of the great reviews about printing photographs. I can only get the printer to print in black and white and can't figure out how to get it to print in color.

 I'd be happy to assist you with the  "Missing Color " issue. 

To better assist you - 

1) Are you able to make color copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
