I  am now back online,(deskjet 2600 series) had trouble with my ink tri colour showing empty, I bought a hp tri colour to prove/disprove the ink problem although I am a instant ink member my profile on your website was showing approx half and half , I now have my information light continually on all the time, can your clarify what's happening with my machine.
