Why the printer only printing part of the picture

Officejet Pro 9010
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

It happens when printing slides from powerpoint. Using MS Office 2010.  Running on Win 7 (32 bit). The images in the slide look great and complete as viewed on screen. But only part of the images got printed by the printer. It does not matter how the images are re-sized but always just part of the images got printed.

@Woo8oops

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does this only happen while printing from Powerpoint or from all applications?

If it's only with powerpoint, please uninstall and reinstall the App and try again.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
