Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Please can anyone help?

I have been trying to use my printer all afternoon but keep getting error message that printers offline.

I have used various apps on the HP APPs too no avail.

All my other devices are connected to the internet but not the printer.

I have very basic knowledge of Printers and IT

Hi,

How is the blue wireless light of the printer? is it Off, blinking or solid blue?

 

Additionally, please print and evaluate a Wireless Network Test page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6318352-6336067-16

 

Does it indicate any Attention or a warning on the printed report first section?

Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. To find out if your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, see if your printer's built-in menu has options for checking its Wi-Fi connection, or check the printer's manual for instructions about how to add it to a Wi-Fi network.
