Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Colored cartridge installed, will not print in color.  Under file print, paper quality color is checked, but will not print in color.  Sure hope someone can help!  Also print in greyscale is off as well.

Have you tried cleaning the ink cartridges?

Printer model would also help.
