HP ENVY 6022 All-in-One Printer

Orange information light keeps blinking each time I try and print it says paper jammed checked all areas no paper jammed in fact the printer continues to print the diagnostic information with no problem

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, follow these steps:-

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates
