Will not print

HP Recommended
hp deskjet 3720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have juist bought a second hand deskjet 3720 (as i already have two of these and they work well and could niot get a new one at all) however this one just will not print.

I have a flashing ink light (and balck cartridge status shows no ink) and a fdlashing web light.

Its got brand new hp cartridges in it.

I suspect the previous owner has signed up fore Hp instant ink and this is stopping me from using the printer, how can i resolve this. cheers mark
