Product: All in one HP ENVY 5547
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I have to mail merge many envelopes with Microsoft 365 Word and I have no problem with envelope dimension of 11x22 cm, but I have also to print envelupes of 11x29,8 cm. The 5547 printer, however, get in error with a message that says the printer sensors have detected the paper size is not equivalent to the size specified in the Word document. 
I have noted that the error is shown when the envelope long size exceeds 22 cm.
