Hi,

I have recently notice that the printer don't print on both side automatically. I'm not sure what's wrong with the system that I needs to re-insert the paper manually every time to print the 2nd page. As before, I need to push just only print command and everything operate by itself. Any suggestion for the setting or troubleshooting?

I'm really annoying with the manually ....

P.S. I have tried to configure in Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Printer Property > Devices Setting > Automatic Duplexing Unit > Installed

but it doesn't work which I' going back to print the document. All the setting back to Not Installed and need to perform manually.

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.

Shlomi
