Product: Officejet 4622
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just changed all the ink with new hp cartridges. Cleaned the printhead,did the alignment ect. Still doesn't print black. I called HP they just replaced the ink, still doesn't print the black. HELP, I am so frustrated. I have watched videos, read the manual and I am just lost for words. I only use this printer for my office (rarely) but I really need it now. What can I do to fix this problem??
