Microsoft Windows 11

I got an HP Deskjet 3755. It ran out of black ink this afternoon and normally after I change the cartridge, it works again within a few minutes. This time however, it won't print at all. The screen is blinking with an "E" letter, the power button is blinking, the load paper button is blinking orange (yes, there is enough paper in the printer), and the WIFI symbol is blinking blue. I have changed cartridges before with this printer and it normally works within minutes of putting new ink in. Normally pressing on the load paper button works and it starts working immediately, but not this time.

Hi @Historynerd1865,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Kindly perform the steps from this document here and see how it goes.

Also, update the firmware for your printer if not done already.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
