That’s no fun, your Smart Tank 5100 giving you the cold shoulder when you just want it to do its thing
Let’s figure this out together. Can you help me with a few quick things?
Is the printer turning on and showing any lights or error messages on the display?
Are you printing via Wi-Fi, USB, or through the HP Smart app?
Do you hear any sounds from the printer when you send the job?
Did this just start happening, or has it been acting up for a while?
The more details, the better we can troubleshoot this
