I access my print command and press print, the printer say processing print, but no print.

I understand your HP printer shows “Processing Print” but doesn’t actually print. Let’s walk through some steps to get this resolved.

Check Printer Status

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Check the printer display panel for any error messages (like paper jams, low ink, etc.).

Restart Devices

  • Turn off your printer and computer.
  • Unplug the printer’s power cord for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart your computer and try printing again.

Check Print Queue

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer > See what’s printing.
  • Cancel any stuck print jobs and try printing again.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

Try Printing a Test Page

  • On the printer control panel, go to Settings > Reports > Print Quality Report (steps may vary by model).
  • If the test page prints, the issue may be with the computer or software.
