Product: HP DeskJet 2722e All-in-One Printer

The cartridge I have been sent is completely wrong for my printer. It is huge - and I have checked the forum for answers - and no, it doesnt just fit in the same way.

The ink cartridge I have been sent (67/305) is too long and I can't close the ink cartridge door - nor will it go inside the printer and gets stuck on the side.

I need the correct cartridge sent out ASAP as I am out of cyan ink completely.
