Last night I was putting my Zeen back on the dock and it wouldn't go on. I looked closer and the port was actually moving while I watched. Then the back of the Zeen started to expand. I quickly unscrewed the four tiny screws and was able to take the back off and remove the battery while it was expanding. I ran it outside and it eventually stopped expanding.
I'd like to get your help in finding a replacement battery as I am way out of warranty. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. The part number is L02442001.
I've attached some pictures.
Thank you

You’re out of luck.
I’ll never buy another HP product - they’ve lost a lifelong customer over this.
