Hi @DAVOODA,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The issue you're experiencing with your HP Envy Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer could be due to several factors. Since other devices can print to this printer without errors, the problem might be related to your computer's connection or configuration. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Check Printer Status

Ensure that the printer is turned on and connected to the same network as your computer.

Restart Devices

Restart both your computer and the printer.

Update Printer Driver

Ensure that the printer driver on your computer is up-to-date:

  • Go to the HP Support website.
  • Search for your printer model.
  • Download and install the latest driver for your operating system.

Reinstall Printer

Remove and reinstall the printer on your computer:

  • Open the Control Panel on your computer.
  • Go to Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP Envy Photo 7855 printer and select Remove device.
  • After removing the printer, click on Add a printer and follow the prompts to reinstall it.

Check Printer Queue

Sometimes, clearing the print queue can resolve issues:

  • Open the Control Panel.
  • Go to Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP Envy Photo 7855 printer and select See what's printing.
  • Right-click on any print jobs in the queue and select Cancel.

Check Printer Settings

Ensure the correct paper size and type are selected:

  • Go to Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP Envy Photo 7855 printer and select Printer properties.
  • Go to the Advanced tab and click on Printing Defaults.
  • Check the paper size and type settings.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

HP provides a tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor that can help diagnose and fix printing issues:

  • Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to diagnose and resolve any issues.

Check for Paper Jams

Even though the printer works with other devices, it's still good to ensure there are no small paper jams or obstructions:

  • Open the printer and check for any stuck paper or debris.

Firmware Update

Ensure your printer's firmware is up-to-date:

  • Go to the HP Support website.
  • Search for your printer model and check for firmware updates.
  • Follow the instructions to update the firmware.

Check Network Connection

Since the issue is only with your computer, ensure that your computer and printer are properly connected to the network:

  • Ensure your computer has a stable internet connection.
  • Check the printer’s network settings to ensure it’s connected to the same network as your computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
