Hi @StretchAndersen ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand all the lights on your HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color Printer M251nw are flashing, it typically indicates a critical error or malfunction. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for about 30 seconds. Then reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer again. This simple step can sometimes resolve temporary issues.

Check Connections: Ensure that all cables, including the power cord and USB cable (if connected), are securely plugged in.

Reset Printer: Try resetting the printer to its factory default settings. This can often resolve software-related issues. To do this, go to the printer's control panel, navigate to the "Setup" menu, and look for the "Restore Defaults" option.

Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer's access doors and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Clear any jams carefully and ensure that there are no small pieces of paper stuck inside the printer.

Update Firmware/Drivers: Ensure that your printer's firmware and drivers are up to date. You can usually find the latest updates on the HP support website. Update the firmware on an HP printer

Inspect Toner Cartridges: Remove and reinsert the toner cartridges to ensure they are properly seated. If any toner cartridges are empty or low, replace them with new ones.

Check for Hardware Issues: If the issue persists, there may be a hardware problem with the printer. In this case, it's best to contact HP support or a qualified technician for further assistance.
