We do not authorize service or repair centers for printers.

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region for further assistance

Hi Jay, 

 

Thank you very much for the reply and help. I did contact HP support for my issue with compatible ink cartridges. They suggest to check with an authorised replacement centre. I could not find any in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ones suggested by HP are in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.
