Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Suddenly my black ink is streaked like the example in the "Clean Printheads" UI. I used the built-in cleaning procedure (all 3 stages), 3 times and the problem persists. At the end it says, "if the problem is not resolved, seek help online" with a link. The link produces a "not found" error in my browser. 

I suspect it may just be that the ink in the black cartridge is dried up, but don't know how to remedy that. HP is not going to send me a new cartridge automatically because the volume is still good in the existing cartridge. I generally only print 10 about 10-15 pages per month so the printer doesn't get a lot of use.
