@ronnieg3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer.
  • Are you able to print in color?
  • Try making a standalone copy in black and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

 

Perform steps 2 and 10 from this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead and print a test page to check the result.

NOTE: 

If you see an “0x6100004a” error, your printer must be serviced. See the step at the end of this document to contact HP for service.
