ISSUE: I cannot get anything to print either from the laptop app or phone.  How can I resolve this?

The ONLY change is that I quit the instant ink option. Now my AIO printer has the screen blinking with "E" as if my ink is low.  My printer info page indicates it's connected to my wireless network with excellent signal strength, and ink levels are acceptable (more than 1/2). AND the orange light to the left of the "i" is blinking.

When I press both the information and wireless buttons at the same time, I simply get another info page stating the same.

@KTAR, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like the printer is having trouble after you canceled the Instant Ink subscription. Sometimes, when you switch off Instant Ink, the printer can run into issues because the Instant Ink cartridges use an active connection for verification.

Are you using regular cartridges now, or are you still using the Instant Ink cartridges? The Instant Ink ones might still be trying to communicate with the server, which could cause the blinking "E". Switching back to regular cartridges might fix the issue if you haven't already done so.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

Hello - I will get regular HP ink cartridges and see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you!
