Hi @wrxlee

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

A blue screen error (BSOD) with code B80B73A4 after a power suspension suggests a system crash due to hardware or software conflicts. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Restart Your Computer in Safe Mode

  • Turn off your PC and turn it back on.
  • Immediately press F8 or Shift + F8 repeatedly.
  • Select Safe Mode with Networking and check if the error persists.

Run Windows Startup Repair

  • Restart your PC and press F11 to enter Advanced Startup Options.
  • Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
  • Let Windows attempt to fix the issue.

Check for Corrupt System Files

  • Boot into Safe Mode and open Command Prompt (Admin).
  • Type the following command and press Enter:
    sfc /scannow
  • If errors are found, restart your PC.

Update or Roll Back Drivers

  • Open Device Manager (Press Win + X, then select Device Manager).
  • Expand Display Adapters, System Devices, and Storage Controllers.
  • Right-click each driver and select Update driver.
  • If the issue started after an update, select Roll Back Driver.

Check for Windows Updates

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.
  • Some BSOD errors are fixed with patches.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Restart your PC and press F2 repeatedly to enter HP Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Run a full system test, especially for storage and memory.

Let me know how it goes!
