Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 All-in-One Printer

Hello the Community,

I receive a blue screen error message 04358A98 on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8022.

The following procedure revealed unsuccessful:

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  • Wait 60 seconds.

  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer

  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Can anyone help?
