Hi @Bevis777,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The blue screen error with fault code B80833A2 on your HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One printer is generally related to firmware or communication issues, often stemming from the printer's internal software or hardware malfunctions.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on to see if the issue persists.

Reset the Printer:

  • You can perform a hard reset by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds until the printer restarts. This can help clear temporary errors.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check and update firmware through the HP Smart app or by connecting the printer to your computer and visiting the HP Support website.

Restore Printer Defaults:

  • If the issue persists, you might want to restore the printer to its factory settings. You can usually do this through the printer's menu under Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore Defaults. This will reset all the printer settings but may resolve any software-related issues.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Ensure there is no paper jam or obstruction in the printer.
  • Verify that all ink cartridges are properly installed and functioning.
  • Inspect the printer for any signs of internal damage.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer software from your computer.
  • Reinstall the latest version of the printer drivers from the HP Support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
