HP Envy photo 7855  im trying to turn the bluetooth on to print from a phone , but when i switch to on , the screen gets locked with a " Bluetooth Smart is turning on" message . it locks all functions out and i have to unplug to make it print again . no bluetooth 😞

Please help me reset my HP envy 7855 printer that is forever stuck on “Bluetooth smart is turning on” and will no longer print from my iPhone.

Bluetooth smart won't turn on and everything gets locked. Looks like I need a reset. How do I do this?

You have mentioned that you have already tried the reset twice. Was it a Semi-full reset that you tried?

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
