Product: HP Deskjet 2600 all in one

Hi guys

 

Just wondering if theres firmware or any suggestions really

 

If anyone has come across the same issue as me and been able to resolve it

 

I bought a pack of asda ink for my dskjet 2600 and its not happy with the black ink

 

for some reason its okay with the colour one

 

any help appreciated

May I know what exactly is the problem with the Black cartridge? Is it not getting detected or are you facing print quality issues?
