We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand that your brand-new HP OfficeJet 8015e is not printing from your computer, even though it appears to be set up and connected. Let’s try some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

Check Printer Status

  1. Ensure the printer is turned on and there are no error messages on the printer display.
  2. Verify that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Set as Default Printer

  1. On your Windows 11 PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Select your HP OfficeJet 8015e, then click Manage.
  3. Click Set as default if it is not already set.

Check the Print Queue

  1. Press Windows + R, type control printers, and press Enter.
  2. Right-click on your HP printer and select See what’s printing.
  3. If there are stuck print jobs, click Printer > Cancel All Documents.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

  1. Download and install HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  2. Open the tool and follow the on-screen instructions to detect and fix issues.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  1. Uninstall the printer from your computer:
    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
    • Click on your HP printer, then select Remove device.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Download and install the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
