I bought an HP Envy 6000. It has not worked since I bought it. I used to like HP, now I am positively never buying an HP product ever again., The printer does not print at all and there is no way to contact HP. I am a busy professional and do not have the time to chat, post messages and enter authentication condes every 2 seconds... only to ask why my printer dosn't work...this is absolutely rediculous. Does anyone have a phone number to call? I am extremely frustrated and HP quality has drastically decreased, its sad
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

We need to get a recovery disk for one of our All In One Computers. We've tried all other options - virtual, etc - PLEASE, is there a real person anywhere I can talk to? This is frustrating! I was about to spend another few thousands dollars on a 3rd All In One....but now I am not so sure.............HELP!
