I have just purchased a HP OfficJet Pro 9012 printer. I can not get this set up due to message regarding "check for leaky cartridges". I have followed all the steps on the troubleshooting page up until it tells me to replace the printhead? This is brand new! Has anyone got any ideas?
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
