Product: HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

Hi all;

I have  a hp envy 5020 printer and sinds last year i have the problem that when i want to print something via wifi, the printer

does not respond. I use the software for windows on my windows computer. But even on my linux computers it does not work. When i do a complete reset of the wifi settings, then it works, but from the moment the printer goes into standby mode, it doesn't work anymore. the printer works via cable, no problem there.

Does anybody now how to fix this problem?
