Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP envy pro 6420. won't print black. Printing in colour is ok. Have run clean and secondary clean, have done this several times. Have installed new HP cartridge. Printer does not recognised new cartridge and still shows level as low. have check the latest drivers are installed. Suggestions please how to print back.
