I installed a new hard drive and now I can't print wirelessly.  The printer still works fine wirelessly with another computer that we have.  When I try to print a test page, it says that it failed to print.  Another interesting thing is nothing is left in the queue.  I have installed and reinstalled the printer.  I have checked the driver and made sure it is up to date.  If i access the printer over the internet with the web location, it prints fine.  Any ideas??

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the connectivity.

Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

Solution# 1 Network Restore -

On the printer's control panel -
1) Touch the "Wireless icon".
2) Touch the "Settings" icon.
3) Select "Restore Network Settings".
4) Select "Yes".

Solution# 2 Reboot the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer.

Solution# 3 Run Wireless Wizard -

On the printer's control panel, go to the Network menu or touch the wireless icon and then go to settings. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.

If the issue still persists, try solution# 4 and 5 -

Solution# 4 HP Print and Scan Doctor -

Click on this link to download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from here.

Solution# 5  Re-install the printer drivers -

1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2) Look for HP Printer software.
3) Right-click to uninstall.
4) In the search box, type
and open “Devices and printers”.
5) In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”.
6) Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”).
8) Click on the "Drivers" tab.
9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom.
10) Select Ok.
11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
12) Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed.
13) Restart the computer.
14) Download and install the software and drivers from here.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
