I cannot change copy mode to printing mode for labels on my e mail,printing is OK on other programmes

There are several factors, some of which depend on criteria you did not mention.

We can provide some general advice for printing in email.

Copy is a function of the printer itself OR perhaps -- when using a mobile device (tablet, phone) -- your camera.

In general, if you are using COPY, save the content to an appropriate file type on your device - open the file and print.

If you are printing from a browser, the general rules apply for browser printing:

Open the email message containing the attached file you want to print.

Open / Preview the attached file

Select to Print the file

Check / Adjust the Print Settings, including the one to select the Printer (name) you will be using.

Click on Print

If you cannot print from within the email program and / or the browser where you are viewing your email,

Download and Save the attachment to your device (computer, tablet, phone).

Open the saved file in the appropriate application or software for the saved file's File Type, for example, PDF

Print from that app / software
