put in new cartridges and now displays messgae... cannot print, visit hpinstaink.com

states cartridges may be for a different printer, but they are 902's and 6970 series says it takes 902's.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

 

Could you please let me know if you currently have an active Instant Ink subscription? If you’ve canceled your subscription, you won’t be able to use the Instant Ink cartridges; you'll need to use standard ink instead.
