Hi @2126yoty,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Deskjet 2810e Printer for printing. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve this issue:
Check Internet Connection:
- Ensure your printer is connected to the internet for HP+ and Instant Ink features to work. If the printer is not connected, it might temporarily limit its functionality.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your computer, printer, and router. Sometimes cycling the power can recover network communication.
- Press the power button on your printer to disconnect and reconnect the power cord. Do the same for your computer.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Check if there are any new firmware updates released by HP. Keeping the firmware up to date ensures optimal performance and fixes any known issues.
Web Services Connection:
- Access the HP printer's Embedded Web Server using its IP address, and check if Web Services are enabled. This helps with network communication.
- If the internet connection status is disconnected, follow the steps to reconnect the printer to the network using the Wireless Setup Wizard.
Reset Web Services:
- Open the Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS) | HP® Support using the printer IP address.
- Under Web Services Settings, click Remove Web Services or Reset Web Services, then enable it again.
Check Printer Status in HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app, select your printer, and check the status displayed next to the printer image.
- Make sure that the printer status is “Ready”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
