carriage stuck

Carriage Jam error.

Carriage is stuck on right side.  Tried resetting by unplugging and plugging back in.

@Tmconrad1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print as the carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

 

Also, check for any paper jams inside the printer - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 4610 All-in-One, Officejet 4620, Deskjet Ink Advant...

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
