the indicated cartridges are not communicating  with the printer, if the problem persist, replace the cartridge  hp 5075. i have tried all fixes 

updated firmware

replaced with new ink, used ink which is original.

clean contacts on ink and hp cartridge connectors.

 

The issue is only with the black cartridge. if i remove the black printer works with colour only.

 

i need to know how to fix this issue. i am a technician so i can preform repairs but need to know what is exactly causing the issue.

It seems like an issue with the printer hardware as you have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting steps to fix it. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
