Product: HP DeskJet 3700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently changed wifi provider and my printer is now always offline, I am not able to print directly, the only way for me to print is to connect to the Direct wifi of the printer and print from there, otherwise it doesn't work.

Anyone has ever faced the same issue and what was the fix?

Did you reset the network settings on the 3700?

Press the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
