Page setup doesn't show any other paper size than A6. I have tried "reformatting/updating" my printer, an older C4280, but no dice. Although now every time it turns on it tries to calibrate!

I have tried every format option I have seen (.docx, .doc, .pdf, .zip, .epub, .odt...) BUT none of them allow me to change the paper size to A4 (letter) only options are all 1/4 page sizes (A6/postcard). What am I missing here? Thanks in advance for your help!

@chromebooked, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Follow the steps below-

  1. At the bottom right, select the time.
  2. Select Settings .
  3. At the bottom, select Advanced.
  4. Under "Printing," select Printers.
  5. Next to the name of your printer, select More  and then Edit.
  6. Make sure all your printer information is correct, with no typos or misspellings.

If all your printer info is accurate, try removing and re-adding your printer:

  1. Next to the name of your printer, select More  and then Remove.
  2. Set up your printer again.

Try printing.

Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing with the HP Print for Chrome App for additional help.
