If you have encountered errors like Code CRC error or Code sign error, here are some recommended actions:

Code CRC Error

This message often indicates an error during a firmware upgrade. To resolve it, you should reinstall the firmware upgrade.

Code Sign Error (33.05.10)

Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Turn the printer off, and then on.
  2. If the error persists, upgrade to the latest version of firmware or re-download the firmware.
